Light beer with low fermentation, fermented with Lager yeasts made to work at temperatures slightly higher than usual.
Hopping is abundant, in bitterness and aroma. The foam is white and persistent. The citrus and tropical fruit aroma of Citra hops is predominant on the nose on a background of bread crust given by lager yeast.
In the mouth, after a malted beginning, the bitterness takes over and cleanses the palate. Dry and delicate finish.
