My first approach to beer was during an Erasmus project in my last year of university at the Ath University in Belgium. It was love at first sight, and destiny led me to get in touch with the Soralama project shortly after. I wholeheartedly embraced what was then just an idea and is now the Soralama brewery: twenty years of beer and quality. The significant difference between the Italian wine and brewing sectors? In wine, it is the result of a region, a vintage, and the winemaker’s expertise. However, in beer, it is primarily the brewer who creates their own product, starting from the research of raw materials and ending with the finished product.
