HIGH BEER:
OUR IDENTITY

Mountain water
In Vaie, a town in the Val di Susa at the foot of the Sacra di San Michele, the aqueduct draws directly from a source that has excellent trace mineral qualities, so much so that some time ago it was bottled as mineral water.
12 beers for the pleasure of drinking
The award-winning Slurp leads the Soralama's line. The BITREX brand collects our Italian IPAs. CRUS is our range of Belgian inspired beers. Mexican and Bellà are “unique” beers.
Artisanal since 1999
We were born together with the Italian craft beer movement, when in our Country breweries could be counted on the fingers of one hand. Today, we are among the top 15 per hectoliters of beer produced.
Easy to drink and digestible
Soralama’ beers are characterized by a great fragrance, drinkability and digestibility, delighting enthusiasts and novices in the same way. It’s thanks to the water if our beers are always very drinkable!

WE PRODUCE WHAT WE LOVE

I invented a new professional figure:
The beerenologist

My first approach to beer was a course related to an Erasmus project in the last year of university on beer at the University of Ath in Belgium. It was love at first sight, and destiny wanted me to find out the Soralama’ project shortly after. I threw myself headlong into what was only an idea at the time and which today is the Soralama brewery: twenty years of beer and quality. The big difference between the Italian wine making and brewing fields? Wine is son of an area, of a vintage and then of the enologist. In beer, however, it is the brewer who creates their own product, from the search for raw materials to the finished product.
